Gel Compresses

- COLD: Used to relieve pain, inflammation and swelling. It is recommended to leave it in the fridge for 1 hour and in the freezer for 30 minutes, repeating as necessary.

HOT: Used for thermotherapy treatments and to relax muscles after strenuous exercise or injury. It can be heated for a few seconds in the microwave or in hot water.

Hot Compresses
A compress for cold or hot therapies with easy application – simply place it on the injured area for a period, generally 15 to 20 minutes. For enhanced effectiveness, you can use a towel or compression bandage.
It can be heated in hot water or in the microwave and then wrapped in a dry towel. For cold application, it is recommended to put it in the freezer for 30 minutes and wrap it in a dry towel before applying to the skin.
