For optimal use of the post-operative leg separator, place the abduction cushion between the user’s thighs and secure the abduction wedge to the legs using the fastening straps to keep it firmly in place during rest. For better care of the cushion used for leg immobilisation, remove the filling and detach the velour straps before washing the cover.
