- HOW TO USE: The incentive spirometer should be used by placing the mouthpiece in the mouth – breathing through the nose will not allow it to function properly. If it is difficult to exhale through the mouth, it is recommended to pinch your nose first. When you manage to raise the piston as high as possible, hold your breath for 10 seconds or for as long as you can.
- BALLS: The structure features 3 balls with different capacity levels: the red ball at 600 cc, the yellow ball at 900 cc and the green ball at 1200 cc. They indicate the level of lung expansion.
- HIGH-QUALITY MATERIALS: The main composition is copolymer and polystyrene; the base and the balls are made of non‑toxic polypropylene, and the mouthpiece is made of polyethylene.
